96: LSE Limelight #30: Students Talk about Loss

from Beaver Sound · host Beaver Sound

The amazing Arden Farrow set up ‘Students Talk About Loss’ with support of the charity Let’s Talk about Loss. The group aims to provide a much needed space for students who have encountered a loss and are navigating bereavement. Arden established the group through her own journey with grief after losing her dad to suicide aged 14. I didn’t know Arden until I sat down and had this conversation with her. I’m proud to attend a university with someone so dedicated to making life for students encountering loss easier.  The next Students Talk about Loss session will be held on Wednesday 26th of February in the Arc from 2-3pm. The following session will be on the Wednesday of week 5 (16th Feb). For location and time check the Let’s Talk About Loss website or email [email protected] Presented, produced and edited by Maisie Adair
