"Innovation to me is... solving interesting problems in ways that haven't been thought of before." A few years ago, Maria Scileppi - a then very successful advertising executive - hit an all time low. Unsatisfied both personally and professionally, she decided to quit her job, make a friend a day for the next year, document it all, and make an art exhibit out of it. Thus began a whole new career path. Since then, she has been designing experimental project-based curricula that foster the professional and personal growth for the members of the team at 72 and Sunny, one of the most creative, creative agencies around.
