Andre Benoit is a veteran strength and conditioning coach with over 36 years of experience working with Olympic and professional athletes, executives, and aspiring young athletes. A two-time Olympian in luge (1988 and 1992), Andre transitioned from his athletic career to become a leading expert in physical training.After earning a degree in Physical Education from the University of Calgary, Andre worked closely with renowned coach Charles Poliquin, co-designing the Poliquin International Certification Program (PICP). He later established his own training facility and education system, further refining his expertise by learning from top coaches, doctors, and nutritionists worldwide.Andre has trained elite athletes in sports like alpine skiing, luge, skeleton, bobsleigh, speed skating, and professional hockey and football.
