Today's episode is inspired by a recent writing coaching client of mine. She asked me, "how do you make writing at 5 AM work for you?!" So, I had to do an episode on it! Because here's the thing: like everything in life-- writing included-- it's not a one-size-fits-all. Just because one person writes at 5 AM at her desk in the pristine quiet doesn't mean that you have to, too! If you find writing at 11:00 PM with rocking music and sitting on the floor way more empowering, do that!
