This week I am joined by Jake O'Brien. Wow, this guy has gone through some adversity but he is human just like the rest of us. From a motorbike accident that left him in a neck brace for months and nearly took his life due to a hangman fracture in his C2 Vertebrae. Jake soon developed throat cancer which was a whole new beast in itself. You could imagine this would take a toll on your Mental Health and it sure did for Jake as he believed he had to wear a mask and be the strong one. This led Jake down a dark path to the point he wanted to end his life.Grateful Jake is still here today, he shares that just because you have a bad day or bad period doesn't mean you have a bad life.
