Today Doug speaks with Charles Clay who is an Inner Peace Coach & Healer. Doug asks Charles about the difference between Anxiety and Intuition. Both send messages to us, but is it all intuition? Charles shares from the depths of his experience and understanding, bringing enlightenment and simple analogies to this often avoided subject. The lungs are connected to grief, and the smoke can temporarily mask the lingering grief. He shares how to sit in the grief and see the message it has for us.
