97. Are You Working for the Lord?

from I Like Birds Podcast · host Zach Rippey

I stumbled on a verse that I haven’t seen in a while that has always been one of my favorite verses. It’s in first corinthians chapter 15 verse 10 where Paul is telling the church of Corinth about all that happened after Christ resurrection... We also discuss:  Why we as humans die Life being a vapor Death was never supposed to exist Jesus rewrote our history Kick it with Jesus in the new crib of eternal life Giving our lives to Christ The world will distract us QUOTE OF THE EPISODE: Faith without works is dead. The devil knows how to trick you into thinking thoughts of complacency. The enemy throws things your way to make you feel inadequate. But remember God doesn’t call the equipped. He equips the called! Cool verses we discuss: Verse 49 says “And just as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we will also bear the image of the man of heaven.” Here’s another one. “There are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, but the splendor of the heavenly bodies is different from that of the earthly ones” Enough info!
