Nowhere is this epitomised better than with the triptych of available CDK4/6 inhibitors: palbociclib, ribociclib and abemaciclib. A lot of ink and pixels have been devoted to comparing the pivotal trials of these three equally pivotal agents: PALOMA-2, MONALEESA-2 and MONARCH-3, respectively.
