I'm exploring: Why some groups believe in the power of each single breath How humans and societies have devolved away from the 1 breath A historical context for how the meaning of the soul has evolved (and why its separation was KEY for colonization) Why I teach The 3 Breaths (and why other practitioners love it, too!) The difference between soul and essence And much more! Become a patron of Walking With our Shadow today.
