97 years with no evidence: The trial of Derrick Horne

from The Thomas FreeMe Show: From Prison to Prosperity!

In October of 2002 5 people were sitting in a comfort inn doing drugs when 3 people busted in and assaulted them. There were 3 males and 2 females. The females claimed to be raped and all of them claimed to have been beaten and robbed. From there the story becomes a twisted entanglement of testimony from government witnesses and crooked detectives to bad defense attorneys, that ultimately ended Derrick Horne in the middle of this investigation and upon trial found guilty and sentenced to 97 years with no evidence linking him to the crime at all.   20 years later this young man now an adult and his children, adults, are all still trying to prove this man's innocence and bring him home to reassemble his life.
