People living in a Kent village are boycotting a new shop and takeaway over alleged planning breaches. Yalding Supermarket and Mr Dan's Takeaway opened on Benover Road in April, following a six-month renovation of the George pub. Residents say it was supposed to open as a restaurant and farm shop. Our reporter Elli Hodgson has been speaking to the owner Dan Mahendran and his wife Victoria.
