Throughout this episode, we see Clemente slowly lose his mind. He has dark circles under his eyes, he hasn't slept in weeks, he gives bad advice on how to treat the patients, he pisses on a taxi and he has a number of hallucinations. In the end, he is put in a wheelchair and wheeled to a psych ward by Practical Magic as Sara Gilbert looks on in disbelief, taking the Best-Character-Actor-On-ER reigns from Johnny Legz for season 13 of the infamous medical drama.
