#98 Homeowner Hell of a Home - We chat with a client and what he went through with an established custom builder

We have a homeowner on the show telling us about his experience with a custom builder that wasn’t a very good contractor. It all began with the site awareness and how the builder didn’t take mother nature serious during a second floor addition and not making the site safe. Then the windows are scheduled to arrive on site while the client was away on vacation, client requested they wait for their return and the contractors said no, well every single was incorrect and installed incorrectly and that was the final straw. Mark and his family still went through even more surprises these “contractors” left behind, he called them the gifts.
