Renee Wegrzyn, PhD, is co-founder of Transfyr AI. Recognized as a TIME 100 Innovator, Rock Health Top 50 Digital Health Innovator, and recipient of the Superior Public Service Medal, Renee holds a BS and PhD in Applied Biology and Bioengineering from Georgia Tech. She spent over a decade at DARPA, including as a program manager focused on gene editing and biomanufacturing and as a technical advisor to IARPA, where she ran "moonshot" programs. She later became VP of Business Development & Head of Innovation (Biosecurity) at Ginkgo Bioworks.Anna Marie Wagner is co-founder of Transfyr AI. She holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She spent nearly a decade at Bain Capital Private Equity, eventually focusing on vertical software, before joining the executive team at Ginkgo Bioworks.
