His just-released book, Blockchain Revolution: How the Technology Behind Bitcoin is Changing Money, Business, and the World, looks at blockchain in-depth. It is co-written with best-selling author Don Tapscott and is based on interviews with a wide range of technology pioneers that includes Marc Andreesen, Tim Berners-Lee, and Vint Cerf, among others. Alex is the CEO and founder of Northwest Passage Ventures, an advisory firm that builds blockchain companies. In 2014, Alex wrote the seminal report on governing digital currencies for the Global Solutions Network program at the Joseph L.
