[988] Cody Bobay: Navy Veteran, Speaker, Author, Actor, & Spiritual Warrior

from Choose Hard with Cody McBroom · host Cody McBroom

Cody is a veteran of the US Navy who served the United states for 6 years. Following his career in the military, as someone who was and still is ELITE when it comes to physical fitness – he dove straight into the training world and pursued a successful career in fitness.  But as time went on, Cody felt called to pursue a new path and decided to do what everyone around him said was crazy, due to having no real experience in this desired field AND having no resume for himself due to an almost entirely classified job history…. He decided to become a public speaker. Through a lot of hardships, training, and lessons learned, he became a successful public speaker, traveling the country and speaking in front of thousands of people. To solidify his word even more, he then began writing and published 3 different books, becoming a best selling author: Soulcon Warrior Elite, The Soulcon Challenge, and his latest book, Rak Chazak. But wait, there’s more! Cody continues to follow his dreams and pursue bigger goals, his current dream being to become the next major action hero in films. He started training with one of the top stunt performers in the industry, Adrian Hein, and has been trained to use weapons on film for specific roles by various Navy SEALS and SWAT members.  Cody is an inspiring man with no quit inside him. There’s no way to put it. But as you listen to his history and may think he sounds intense or intimidating… Just wait, because he is one of the most positive, caring, and helpful people I’ve ever talked to, who truly just wants people to live a better life, full of success and meaningful experiences. I’ll link everything he has to offer, as well as his current work as an actor, below: KEY TAKEAWAYS: Stewarding the body at the highest level is the best thing that Christians can do.
