In the show we discuss the shadow and how irrespective of what’s going on in the outside world no matter how crazy it is, all change starts within and in facing our shadow and our individual behaviour. In the Plus show Geoff explains, how in looking to grow we can find happiness. How the divine finds the optimum route for us, we just need to listen. Geoff explains how perceptions become reality in an absolute sense. In that we create, we maintain and we dissolve our reality. Fundamentally we need to work on ourselves and be distracted by the outside world via what he terms as Radical ownership. In doing so challenges will arise in the form of our shadows, We must catch these shadows at the level of there provocation. He asks the question of us - who are you when you’re in the dark at night?
