It's also a great opportunity to think about what we DON’T want to carry over into the new year so that managing our health becomes easier! Based on my work with hundreds of women in the past year, I can confidently say that leaving “all or nothing” thinking behind is one of the best things you can do for your physical and mental health.  Many of the members inside my programs have struggles with perfectionism which led them to feeling overwhelmed and burnt out!
