Unter dem Motto "Vernetzen, austauschen und lernen" öffnet der PM-Summit 2023- Change! vom 28.09 - 29.09.2023 seine Türen. Es ist der erste PM-Summit, der nach Corona wieder als Präsenzveranstaltung angeboten wird und der erste, den das PMI Germany Chapter veranstaltet seit der Konsolidierung der einzelnen Landeschapter zu einem zentralen Verbund. Um so herausfordernder ist natürlich auch die Organisation eines solchen Summits. Das Ziel: endlich wieder Projektinteressierte und PMI-Freunde an einem Ort zu versammeln, sich über aktuelle Herausforderungen und Chancen im Projektumfeld auszutauschen und Impulse zu setzen - mit einem breiten Angebot von Vorträgen und Workshops. In diesem Podcast berichtet uns PMI-Mitglied und Organisator Patric Eid, welche Herausforderungen er und das 10 köpfiges Orga-Team bei der Umsetzung und Planung hatten, welche Learnings sie daraus gezogen haben und natürlich: was Sie erwartet!
