99. Post Mortem of the "What Do We Reckon?" Project

In 2024 I attempted a creative project known as What Do We Reckon? Which was inspired by things such as Game Changer, 7 Days, Have You Been Paying Attention, Mock The Week and so on. We thought we could possibly create a similar format but make it more internet-y and less high budget and we were hoping that if the jokes were good enough, the lack of production value wouldn't matter to much. We created 10 weeks of episodes, usually dropping 3 videos a week and after 10 we decided to put it on ice to focus on other things, or possibly retool it and bring it back in the hopes it might get a bit more attention. The videos unfortunately never really connected and so I thought it'd be fun to talk about why we think the project didn't really take off, and I brought Geoff Wilson and Steven Lyons onto the show to do that, as they were both contributors to the project.
