Not matter where you are in the process of creating an outdoor classroom, this episode; along with the Wonderforest School mission if full of golden nuggets.MEET KATIE: CIRCLE Member Katie Minor is a wife and mother of 5 children ranging from 20 years old down to 2 years old. She has worked in the early childhood education field for 15 years. Katie runs her own family daycare and has taught kindergarten, school-aged children, toddlers, preschool, pre-k, and children with all levels of abilities. Katie is currently a nature-based teacher certified as well as a Tinkergarten teacher. Katie decided to start Wonderforest to provide a safe learning environment that is more developmentally appropriate as opposed to the traditional classroom.
