Today's podcast guest is Thad Beaty. If you’re into the country music scene, you might know Thad as Sugarland’s guitarist (as well as a bunch of other bands and music projects in the past). You may also know his wife Annie who plays bass guitar for the incredible Maren Morris. But if you’ve never heard of Thad before, that’s about to change because Thad is incredible. He went from living an unhealthy life as a tour musician to losing over 70 pounds and becoming an ironman triathlete. And that’s only the beginning!
