99. The Gunshot Lie: HOMICIDE

Today on LOTW, Becky and Bevy discuss a case that spans over the course of 50 years. Sharon Hall had a way of bending the world to her will. Growing up in Independence, Missouri, she learned early how to use her charm to navigate life's challenges and open doors that might otherwise remain closed. When she met James Kinne, his steady, unassuming nature seemed like the ideal complement to her bold ambitions. But Sharon wasn’t one to leave things to chance. Sensing James’s hesitation about their future, she claimed she was pregnant, a story that pushed him toward a swift proposal. For Sharon, marriage to James wasn’t just about love—it was a calculated step toward the stable life she craved. But that life unraveled one fateful evening when James was found dead in their home. Sharon’s account of the events was chilling: she claimed to have heard their young daughter, Danna, call out, followed by the deafening crack of a gunshot. Was Sharon’s story the truth—or was there something far darker at play? Case Sources: https://www.cbc.ca, https://en.wikipedia.org, https://www.kansascity.com,  https://unsolved.com, https://murderpedia.org,  Insurance BrokerKristen [email protected] the showSupport us @ buymeacoffee.com/luminolont5Instagram @luminolonthewallEmail: [email protected]: Luminol on the Wall
