This time of year, love is talked about quite a bit. With the commercial marketing of pinks, reds, hearts, roses, and stuffed animals, we can see that the focus on this holiday is obviously romantic love. We as Americans love love. We talk about it, sing about it, imagine it, and long for it. There's something in our soul that seems to need it. While Scripture acknowledges and celebrates this type of love (as it is from God), it highlights a different type altogether. This is what we will be discussing today.
