Dr. Bill Lampton, after earning his Ph.D. in communication, taught at the University of Georgia and then spent two decades in management at the vice-presidential level. Since 1997--through his company Championship Communication--he has served as a speaker/consultant/coach for top-tier clients, such as Gillette, Procter and Gamble, Oceania Cruises, Missouri Bar and the Ritz-Carlton Cancun. Bill has written two books and hundreds of articles. He produces instructional videos about business communication.
