President Trump wrapped up his Asia tour with a high-stakes stop in South Korea, where he held a “12 out of 10” meeting with China’s President Xi Jinping. The two leaders met for nearly two hours to cool tensions over trade, fentanyl and the war in Ukraine. Trump said the talks led to a lot of “finalization,” even if nothing official was signed. Plus, in a shocking announcement last night, President Trump ordered the Pentagon to start testing nuclear weapons “on an equal basis” with other nations. The announcement comes as China and Russia appear to be leveraging up their weapons’ supplies.
