A 2024 Mini-Coaching Session | Tiff Cook - 737

from Roll With The Punches · host Tiffanee Cook

This podcast ep was sparked by some thoughts on a mind-bending book I've been getting stuck into this week, "The Courage to be Disliked" by Ichiro Kishimi. Big thanks to our pal Mark LeBusque for the killer recommendation! Reflecting on the past year, one thing's crystal-clear - life's a bloody rollercoaster, right? Instead of chasing that elusive and unattainable perfect, stress-free life, why aren't we embracing the chaos? During a stroll, I mulled over some New Year's self-reflection questions and one key question stuck with me: What have I stated I want to change but haven't? This led to a deep dive into identifying obstacles, intentions, and committing to action. So, I'm throwing out an invite for a mini-coaching session. Let's set some solid intentions for 2024 and turn aspirations into actions, shall we? With that question in mind, I unpack some of the following: Defining what's needed for change. Identifying obstacles and assess their validity. Figuring out who's needed to support the change and how to communicate effectively. Assessing our willingness to give up certain things for the desired change. Digging into the motivations behind the stated desire to change. Tackling any inner-dialogue and doubts about self-worth and deservingness. Jump in, let's make 2024 the year of actionable change!
