(Part 2/2) On November 17, 2015, Jennifer Rosenbaum called 911 stating her two year old foster child Laila Daniel had choked on a chicken nugget. During the call, she expressed concern that she was performing the Heimlich Maneuver and CPR incorrectly, fearing she might be inadvertently injuring the child.
