She is a national speaker, writer, and advocate. She founded Beloved Initiative, a nonprofit where in community people learn how to become professional lovers of people. A leading voice in child welfare, Tori is a social entrepreneur who has advocated to congressmen and women and White House policy staffers to reform the foster care system.   Her memoir “Fostered” is now available on Amazon.
