In UK, what people might know about me is that I’m the wife of the late Dave  Myers, my husband being a legend on British television as part of the duo called the Hairy Bikers.What people don’t know about me is that my story started in communist Romania, and that my experience of growing in communism, being a mom, moving homes, countries, changing languages and ways of life shaped me as a person, while losing my husband to a long battle with cancer shaped my entire world in ways I couldn’t control. And yet, I consider that my experience is my big fortune, my inner bank of strength and my teacher.I now coach other people who are going through difficult moments of loss in their lives to make peace with themselves, find balance and rediscover their strengths and hopes for life.Dave Myers lived his life with joy. He always told his wife Lili that, if you were going to do something, you should do it full-heartedly. With that in mind, Lili gives her whole self to writing a celebration of his life and their love, full of the warmth and joy that Dave and The Hairy Bikers brought to their fans throughout their career spanning two decades.
