You have to push through the plateaus because some chapters will feel like 1 step forward, 3 steps back. (39:38) Brain Food. What are you consuming? Fear or love and growth? (51:37) Have healthy coping tools. Do you avoid and procrastinate? (55:32) Get uncomfortable, often. Grow, grow, and then grow some more. What can you do this week to stretch yourself?
