Have some radical changes you need to make?  Then definitely don’t miss this episode.  I talk about the changes I had to make to go from a spiraling alcoholic to where I am today. You must have the desire for the change.  No one else can do the work for you. (4:52)  Get clear on what you DO want, and what you DON’T want. (17:44) Start taking better care of yourself, your body, your health.  How do you treat your VEHICLE? (22:57) Forgive and let go of the past. (30:02) Self-honesty and self-awareness. Be a detective.  Why am I feeling triggered?  Why do I have this belief?  Why am I stuck in this pattern?  Ask why, why, why until you get to the root of the issue. (34:48) A little bit of grit.  You have to push through the plateaus because some chapters will feel like 1 step forward, 3 steps back. (39:38)  Brain Food.  What are you consuming? Fear or love and growth? (51:37) Have healthy coping tools.  Do you avoid and procrastinate?  (55:32) Get uncomfortable, often.  Grow, grow, and then grow some more.  What can you do this week to stretch yourself?
