His wife Jennifer is also the HS Director at North Coast Calvary Chapel. They are a committed local ministry family.Lance began his career as an ordained Christian pastor, but felt the unique calling to full-time licensed therapy. Lance has counseled many in our church family included former and current pastoral staff.
