A BIG VISION ATTRACTS BIGGER LEADERS

A BIG VISION ATTRACTS BIGGER LEADERS “From the Uber driver to the executive suite, everyone is asking the same question and some even ask out loud. Where are we going?. As you build your team, you will be asked the same question hundreds of times in hundreds of ways. What are your budget projections? Tell me about your income forecasts for the next quarter or next five years. How many people will you need to hire to get the job done? How long before your project is profitable? As the leader, these answers should be on the tip of your tongue but also well thought out. These objectives should also be grand enough in size and scope for others to see room to invest themselves in reaching your goals. If other leaders perceive your vision as something you can accomplish without them, they will be more inclined to take their efforts elsewhere. John Maxwell says, If your dream can be accomplished by you alone, your dream is to small.’ Dream bigger to attract bigger leaders to your vision.” J Loren Norris https://creators.spotify.com/pod/show/j-loren-norris/episodes/A-BIG-VISION-ATTRACTS-BIGGER-LEADERS-e2unfsk Online Academy for Leadership & Communication:https://j-loren-s-school.thinkific.com/collection Follow on Spotify - https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/j-loren-norris ______________________________ Leading Leaders Podcast is a short but impactful leadership video, blog and podcast distributed 5 days a week by J Loren Norris to promote faith, family and freedom in the face of a global leadership drought.
