A Bitter Unholy Wind

Recipes below.(Un)Holy Schmitt2 oz Bourbon1/2 oz Benedictine1/2 oz Amaro Nonino1/4 oz Demerara Syrup2 dashes Angostura Bitters2 dashes Peychaud’s BittersOrange Twist for garnishBrandied cherryAdd all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Express orange oils over drink and add garnish to the glass along with a Luxardo cherry. Orange Zephyr2 oz Apricot Brandy3/4 oz Creme de Peche1/4 oz Absinthe1/2 oz Lemon juiceLemon twist for garnishCombine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake for 10-12 or until chilled. Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
