A bottled water business made for Gen-Zers

from Enterprise Podcast Network – EPN · host Enterprise Podcast Network

Erin Campbell, Chief Marketing Officer at GEN Z, a water company that hopes to leave behind more happiness and less everything else joins the Green Business Podcast Show.Listen to host Eric Dye & guest Erin Campbell discuss the following:* Can you tell us about GEN Z water and how is different from other bottled water companies?* When it comes to recycling, is 100 percent of the product recyclable?* Where does the water come from and is it purified, have any additives, electrolytes or minerals added?* You’re website is very unique, what is the reasoning behind the design of the website?* You’re bottles are made from aluminum why is that better for the environment than plastic? And what is the difference between the GEN Z bottles and the reusable water bottles?Erin Campbell is the Chief Marketing Officer at GEN Z a water company.Erin has the better part of the past two decades uncovering the human side of commerce—finding powerful ways to motivate team members, propel clients’ businesses, and win over consumers.Through her immersion in shopper insights and psychology, decision science, commerce strategy, retailer media, and purchase data, her big takeaway is a bit counterintuitive for such a left-brained arena: She’s learned the value of celebrating emotion. The more she discovered about how the brain works, the clearer she understood that no decision is made without the influence of emotions—consciously or subconsciously—and most decisions are not only influenced but fueled by these emotions. It isn’t reason that drives our decisions. Instead of ignoring this side of humanity or minimizing it, She’s interested in how we can leverage it to make well-rounded, intuitive, empathic decisions, and develop ideas that lead to innovation and connection. She’s a self-diagnosed personality test junkie, and could nerd out on consumer psychology all day long. She did exactly that during her 15-year stint in the agency world. But when an irresistible opportunity came her way, She decided to leave her cozy post and step out into the unknown of launching a new CPG brand from scratch which led her to GEN Z.Website: https://drinkgenz.comSocial Media Links:Instgram: https://instagram.com/drinkgenzTwitter: https://twitter.com/drinkgenzTikTok: https://tiktok.com/@drinkgenzPeople also listened to this: Meet Doc Wright, The Woodworking Industry’s Most Talked About Man
