A Bourbon Masterclass at Shorewood Liquor

For this episode of A One Pint Stand, I sat down with Stephen Stephen Shackleton (Owner) and Craig Schmidt (Head of Craft Beer at Shorewood Liquor) for an in-depth chat about Bourbon. Stephen and Criag explain how to taste Bourbon, how to shop for it, and some important information about the Bourbon industry. The big takeaway is that if you are willing to learn about what you like, you don't have to chase the illusive allocated Bourbons to have a fine tasting experience. We sampled five different Bourbons from the Shorewood Liquor Private Barrel stash-Jack Daniels, Wilderness Trail, Yellowstone, Rebel, and Stellum Rye and they were all delightful!
