We previously reported that organizations may be able to increase customer satisfaction by better understanding customer needs and Page 18 GAO-18-348 Military Personnel organizing services around those needs.33 This survey is one of the primary ways Marine Corps headquarters measures customer satisfaction with family support services at installations worldwide.
