A Call from New York

from Stories, Inspirations and Moving Forward Hosted by Sarah Ayers

This episode I chatted with a life coach from New York. Her focus is helping women move past tramua, identifying what is blocking them from moving forward in their lives. "Relaxing" is how I felt through the interview. She was an absolute delight and I hope you are able to listen to the full interview. The interview was recorded from my cheap laptops audio system and the commentary before and after was done with the sweet bluetooth mic Justin just bought for me last week! I am absolutely in love with it and with it! Rather than talking down or hating on whatever didn't turn out as I wanted, I would instead like to encourage you to keep moving forward and working on your projects, not waiting to share them with the world until they are perfect. At the end of the show I shared where I am at in the progress of my book. Once it is published I will add the book to a regular part of the show by reading a section of it and then interviewing with someone with an expertise in whatever that chapter was about. If you would like to guest on the podcast, please follow this link and you will be able to schedule a time! This show is now a learning show primarily so I would like for you to be able to teach the listeners something.
