He then transitioned to the education sector and served as the Director of Development at Grace Community School in 2002-2003 before becoming the Head of School.Dr. Ferguson completed his Bachelor's degree in History from Baylor University in 1989, followed by a Juris Doctor degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1992. He later earned a Master's degree in Education from Covenant College and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Leadership Studies from Dallas Baptist University in 2018.Dr. Ferguson is married to Ashley, and they have three daughters, Emma, Annie, and Ellen.
