Campaign Legal Center founder and President Trevor Potter ’82 delivered the keynote address at the 2020 Ele(Q)t Project for LGBTQ+ Leadership symposium. He reflected on his experiences as a gay man in the Republican Party, as chairman of the Federal Election Commission and as general counsel to John McCain’s 2000 and 2008 presidential campaigns.
