A career in coaching

Keith Boanas is a Uefa Pro License coach and FA affiliate tutor and is working for the highly-regarded Palace for Life Foundation. He has a long history in the men and women's game – after a three-year stint as boss of Tooting & Mitcham United men’s team from 1998-2001, Boanas moved on to managing Charlton Ladies and Millwall Lionesses before taking charge of the Estonia Women’s team for seven years from 2009-16.
