A caregiver safe haven with Claire Webster 4-24-16

Claire Webster found her life changed immediately when her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. As a caregiver, she found that others were in similar situations, but didn't have the proper info for the disease. She created the Caregiver Crosswalk to help caregivers in Montreal cope with the stress of being a caregiver.
