A Celebrity Death Brought Me to Tears Today

from The Renegade Writer's Mouthy Musings · host The Mouthy Renegade Writer

Robert Carradine passed away yesterday. His death brought me to tears when I found out about it. But it wasn’t because I was some sort of super fan or anything. I knew Robert from the movie “Revenge of the Nerds.” I’m sure I’ve seen him in other things, but that was the one where I knew him best. I’m always sad when someone passes, but I don’t always get super emotional. But this was different.I learned of this by seeing a post from his daughter, Everdawn. Ever made a touching tribute post on Instagram about her father. And it made me cry. I thought of my own daughter. Ever and I are the same age. I remembered back to when I was a single dad of a toddler girl. That’s mainly why his passing moved me so. I’d also written about Traitor Trump non-stop lately. Sometimes, my emotions come out in a big way after holding in all of the hate and anger I have toward the Pedophile President and the horrible people in his administration. It’s hard not to feel anger and sadness constantly. It’s important that we let those emotions out whenever possible. I talk about this in today’s episode. I appreciate you lending me your ears on this one. Thank you for being there, as you all constantly are. It means the world to me.If you enjoy my daily podcast, I’d appreciate your support of my independent journalism. It’s less than $5 monthly, and I’d be honored to have you with us. Thank you!
