This week I had a wonderful chat with Deanna Aliano who at the age of 47 did her first painting for a close friend and since that day Deanna realized how much she loves to paint. After the death of her the death of her father she turned to her craft to help express her grief. Deanna is the caregiver for her mum and her art continues to help her bring any repressed or difficult feelings out into the open instead of holding onto her grief.
