She earned her B.A. in Journalism from Auburn University and founded the blog and corresponding Instagram account Savoring the Flavoring (@savoringtheflavoring), where she focuses on a balanced, realistic approach to nourishing her family of five, as well as regaling her audience with tales from the boymom trenches.
