A Chemist Becomes a Business Owner with Jim Creagan of Randob Labs

Chris Haddon is interviewing Jim Creagan, President of Randob Labs, a pharmaceutical company based out of Cornwall, New York. Jim is a chemist by training and Chris was curious to see how that educational work and background factors into how he operates as a business owner. Chris and his business partner, Jason Balin, frequently talk about the trap of "transactional" work and how too many business people misconstrue that work as "productive," something that Jim is very dialed into in regards to his own business. In the course of the interview, it became clear that although Chris and Jim are in very different industries, they have many overlapping traits, which are key to running a successful business.
