Not only because let’s face it - this is Geoffrey Moore we have as a guest, but also because through our Tech Industry Leaders Survey, we appear to have identified the Tech Industry’s Biggest challenge:Competing Priorities - where 75% of Leaders agreed or strongly agreed they had competing priorities and this is also a topic Geoff is very passionate about.The title comes from a previous talk Geoff made where he says it is only natural that Tech organisations do not want to put all their eggs in one basket, but they need to remember a Chicken only lays one egg at a time.  Hence we dig into this some more and also learn about Geoffrey’s new book, The Infinite Staircase.
