A Child Born - A Son Given
from Mark My Words Hosted by Mark Combs Author
The Old Testament prophet Isaiah wrote, "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given..." Was the birth of the Messiah really foretold in ancient scriptures 800 years before it happened? Or, have scholars looked back at ancient texts and forced meaning upon them in an effort to make them seem mysterious and relevant? This episode digs into the details of ancient prophecies about the birth of the Messiah with Dr. Ken Johnson. There's more, perhaps a lot more, than you may remember from Sunday School.
