A Christian Employee: Bound But Free - 1 Timothy 6:1-2 (Part 2) Preached by: Ptr. Enteng Ramoneda How can a Christian employee live out his freedom in Christ when it comes to work? Paul knew that these Christian slaves were bound to their masters - a thing that can easily make any slave, Christian or not, feel trapped, enslaved, and left without a choice. Under normal circumstances, the solution is to be free from slavery. It might be the only way in the mind of a slave to be truly free. However, Christianity’s freedom is a radically different freedom. Paul expected these slaves to exercise their Christian freedom by working to honor God, reflected in how they honor their masters and be of good service to them. Follow us!
