Series Title: Together in Faith: Cultivating a Healthy Church Series Summary: In this series, we are exploring six essential commitments that we must make together to cultivate a healthy church community.  These commitments are essential aspects of what it means to be the church. Together we will consider what it means for Habor City to be a church committed to worship, community, discipleship, serving the city, generosity, and diversity. Passages: James 1:18-27 This message considers what it means to be a church committed to discipleship. James 1 shows us how being rooted in God’s word and living that word out through spiritual practices helps us grow as disiciple's of Jesus.
